Accessories

Sponge bags:

The sponge bags are made from commercial viscose and consist of a mixture of cellulose
and cotton. The material is kind to the skin and meets the requirements of DIN EN 13432
(compostable material).

The material provides a high water absorption. Please make sure that the treatment is done with
a wet sponge only. If the sponges are slightly smaller and stiffer after drying, this does not effect

If necessary, the sponge bags can be cleaned with clear, warm water up to 95°. Please avoid the
use of detergents or disinfectants, ironing,
bleaching, chemical cleaning and tumble drying.

Please airdry the sponge bags after use completely, don’t put them back into the plastic
bag when damp!

These sponge bags are intended for single patient use only.

Elastic velcro straps:

The elastic velcro straps are used for rapid attachment of rubber-electrodes and sponge-bags.
They allow the sponge bags to move under the straps to an optimum position and provide
comfort. Please do not over tighten the straps as they may interfere with blood circulation.

Under normal use the velcro straps are durable and can be washed several times in warm water
with a temperature of up to 60 ° and a standard household laundry detergent. Please close the
velcro fasteners before washing and avoid ironing,
bleaching, chemical cleaning and tumble drying.

These straps are intended for single patient use only.
