INTERIOR COMPONENTS
Dispenser Drive (not shown)
Carries bedding from the storage hopper over the top of the filling chamber
and back to the storage hopper (see Figure 1–5. on page 1–5). The
operator can adjust the speed of the dispenser drive to adjust the level of fill.
Hopper Safety Gate
Prevents the operator from contacting the dispenser. The operator leaves
the safety gate in place to fill the hopper with bedding. The safety gate also
keeps larger objects—such as pieces of packaging or large clumps of
bedding—from entering the storage hopper. The safety shut-off switch stops
the unit if the safety gate is not in place.
