Use the “Food” button (2e) to select the “Dry” mode indicated by the LED (2h).

Press and hold the “STOP” button for a moment (2a) to unlock the sealing buttons, which is
indicated by the open padlock icon lighting up on the button (2a).

Press the “Seal” button (2c) – the button will light up – the sealing process is in progress.
The backlight will switch off, which means that the sealing process is completed. The sealing
process can be stopped with the “STOP” button (2a).

Open the lid of the vacuum sealer (1) and remove the sealed film.
CAUTION! Always open the top lid immediately once the sealing is completed and do not close the lid until
another sealing. Wait at least 40 seconds before the next sealing.
CAUTION! Do not touch the sealing bar (6) – burn hazard.
10.
Check for proper seal welding. If the seal weld is irregular, broken, creased, white or milky in
appearance, trim it off and try resealing again.
11.
Unplug the vacuum sealer from the mains.
VACUUM PACKING WITH SEALING
1.
Place the food product to be vacuum sealed in the plastic bag. The plastic bag should be
large enough to leave approximately 5 cm of free length to seal it well. Food products to be
vacuum sealed for SOUS VIDE cooking should be sliced or chopped into small, even parts.
This will allow heating the food thoroughly during cooking.
CAUTION! The length of the plastic bag to be sealed must be dry and clean. If the free length to be sealed gets
dirty when the food product is put in the plastic bag, clean it with paper towel.

Plug in the vacuum sealer to the mains.

Press the lid lock buttons (8), raise the lid (1) and insert the open end of the bag to the vacuum
chamber (3). Place the plastic bag with the knurled side up.

Close the lid and press it down until the buttons (8) “click”.

Use the “Mode” button (2d) to select the appropriate vacuum mode. Set the mode to “Nor-
mal” for products which require high vacuum level; set the mode to “Gentle” for fragile prod-
ucts. A relevant LED – (2f) or (2g) – will light up to indicate the mode.

Use the “Food” button (2e) to select the appropriate sealing mode. Select the “Dry” mode to
seal a dry bag. Select the “Moist” mode to seal a bag containing moist. A relevant LED – (2h)
or (2i) – will light up to indicate the mode.

Press and hold the “STOP” button for a moment (2a) to unlock the sealing buttons, which is
indicated by the open padlock icon lighting up on the button (2a).

Press the “VacSeal” button (2b) – the button will light up – the air evacuation and sealing pro-
cess is in progress. The backlight will switch off when the air evacuation and sealing process.
The process can be stopped with the “STOP” button (2a).
CAUTION! Stop the process if the vacuum pump still operates after 45 seconds – the bag is not airtight or it is
not placed in the vacuum chamber properly. Check for irregularities and repeat the process.
9.
Open the lid of the vacuum sealer (1) and remove the sealed bag.

another sealing. Wait at least 40 seconds before the next sealing.
CAUTION! Do not touch the sealing bar (6) – burn hazard.
