On confirmation the PTP 500 Series Bridge will:
•
Upload the configuration file
•
Perform data integrity checking
•
Erase previous configuration
•
Apply the new configuration
•
Restart
After the unit has restarted the entire configuration from the configuration file will now be active.
Note: The IP address of the unit may have also been changed. The user can check the new IP
address by reading the header of the configuration file,
CAUTION:
A reboot is always required to restore a configuration file.
