GETTING STARTED

iDEN

Talk Permit

Sounds a beep during every transmission when the PTT
button is pressed.

Enable PTT ID

Enables or disables the PTT ID feature. If enabled, the
phone ID of the person transmitting during a Group Call
appears on the display of the receiving phone.

Auto Display
Timer

Shows the length of a call on the phone display at the end of
the call.

Muted DTMF

Disables (silences) DTMF tones when the phones Mute key
is pressed during a phone call.

Talkgroup Scan

Enables or disables the Talkgroup Scan feature. If enabled,
the phone scans more than one talkgroup at a time. Available
on Advanced Feature Units.

Desk-Set
Accessory
Support

Specifies if the RCH3000 desktop accessory is used.

Enable
Call Alert
Stacking

Allows phones to receive up to eight Call Alerts.

SMS Call Back
Disable

Disables the ability to automatically call the phone number
contained in a Short Message Service (SMS) message, by
pressing the phone Send button.

Phone Lockout

Programs the phone to call only the numbers in the pre-
programmed phone list.

Private Lockout

Programs the phone to make private calls only to the
numbers in the pre-programmed Private Call list.

Emergency
Button

Sets the button next to the antenna to function as the
Emergency or the High/Low Dispatch Audio button.
Available on Advanced Feature Units.

Emergency
Talkgroup

Sets the Talkgroup mode to use after initiating an
Emergency Group Call. Available on Advanced Feature
Units.
