Task 2: Datebook

open the file as detailed on page 64.

To Add a Datebook Entry:

Click the Add Datebook Entry button.

Add the required information to the Appointment pop up screen.

Click the OK button.

To Modify a Datebook Entry:

Double click on the entry to be modified and make the change.

Click the OK button.

To Delete a Datebook Entry:

Select the Appointment to be Deleted.

Hit the Delete Datebook Entry button.
