Method:

Combine the oil and spices in a small bowl.

Coat the chicken with the mixture.

Place the chicken into one side of the Partitioned Cooking Pot.

Cover with the Glass Lid and cook for 3 hours on high.

For the herbed chicken
Method:

Combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl, except the
peppers and a handful of the cheddar.

Fill the de-seeded peppers with the mixture.

Place into one side of the Partitioned Cooking Pot.

Cover with the Glass Lid and cook for 3 hours on high.

After 2 1/2 hours sprinkle the remaining cheese over the peppers.
