Provided below is a typical example of the web break connection.
Parameter Setting and Adjustment
To set parameters in the web break menu, scroll to web break menu under the setup
menu:
1.
[Webbr Lev]
(Web break level)
Tension under this level will activate output after the web break time.
The factory setting of 5% applies to most applications.
2.
[Webbr. Time]
(Web break time)
This is the time that the tension has to be under the web break level before output is
activated (goes high).
To adjust this parameter, the time should be:
•
long enough
to prevent small tension drops stopping the machine.
•
short enough
to prevent minimum material waste before stop.
