3.3 Quick Setup Guide
3.3.1 Introduction
The controller system will typically include the following components:
• 1 X-3000-ce-UW
• 1 I/P converter (MPC 3, 4, or 5)
• 1 air filter (5 and 0.3
µ
m)
• 2 load cells
• 1 brake
Note:
If the system includes other equipment, please refer to the appropriate
sections of the manual.
3.3.2 Mechanical and Pneumatic Installation
1. Mechanical Installation
Mount all components on the machine.
Note:
Place I/P converter close to brake so that tubing is as short as possible.
