Click the Change adapter settings link.

Right click the Local Area Connection icon and select Properties from the menu.

Left click the Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) entry, then click the Properties
button.

Click the radio button next to the Use the following IP address: entry, then input
the following:
IP Address:
192.168.0.178
Subnet Mask:
255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 192.168.0.1

Click the OK button to close the TCP/IPv4 Properties dialog, then click the Close
button to close the Local Area Connection Properties dialog.
