Dura+ User Manual

4. Apply anti-seize compound to the nozzle threads and then thread the

nozzle into the flange. Torque nozzles to the following values:

For Hecto Nozzles: torque value is 135Nm (100 ft lb)

For Mega Nozzles: torque value is 183Nm (135 ft lb)
Remember to re-torque at process temperature when system assembly is

complete.

Insert five spring clips (SPRG15) into the M6 shoulder bolt

(SHSSM6X25), and apply anti-seize compound to the thread.
