1) If the output of the character 'U' for UTC time should be suppressed, a user specific time zone table
with the corresponding entry 00 should be loaded to the ETC (Appendix C and Chapter 17.5).
Instead of the entry 00, the user defined entry (position 80 or higher) shall be selected in the menu of
the serial interface.
