5.4.2 Loading of racks during the performance of a technological program.
To load more racks during an ongoing process, press the button UPLOAD (Fig.
26).
Manipulator is busy
. If the manipulator is busy, a message appears on the screen:
AFTER TRANSFER OF THE RACK
DEVICE WILL UPLOAD
NEXT RACK
Manipulator is free
. When the manipulator gets free, its arm moves to the loading
position above station No. 3, a message appears on the screen:
<PUT THE RACK IN THE MANIPULATOR
AND PRESS THE BUTTON
<CONTINUE> - TO UPLOAD ONE MORE RACK
<FINISH> - TO FINISH THE UPLOADING>
Open the lid of the Stainer. Take the rack with the right hand and put its handle into
the manipulator's grab, as it is shown in Fig. 26.

Press the button CONTINUE. The manipulator places the rack at the nearest
unoccupied parking station automatically, depending on the technological program
