To access the menu section
«TECHNIQUES», press the button

The upper line indicates the application of the current screen: current menu section
<TECHNIQUES> and current program: <DEMO>.
In the middle part of the screen, there is a choice of available programs, which have
been recorded into the memory of the Stainer. To choose a program, press the button with
