① Place the water and boiled rice.
② Use a rice paddle or other kitchen
tool to break up the rice and mix it
around.

and close the lid.

Plug the power plug into the outlet.

・The calorie shown is per serving of slices of 1/8 of one
loaf of "1.5-Loaf type" bread.
・Letting the rice soak in water for thirty
minutes to one hour will soften the rice,
making it easier to break up the rice kernels
for a smoother rice paste.
・Do not use metal spoons or forks as they
could damage the bread case.
Use of these amounts of rice produces
fluffier bread with the delicate sweetness of
rice will be produced.

・Check to make sure that the water added to the rice is at the appropriate temperature for the baking environment.
For hotter rooms such as in summer, place the entire bread case in the refrigerator to cool it off.
・Set the crust color to "Dark". The bread may shrink after baking is completed if it is baked to "Med." or "Light".
