Attach the kneading blade to the drive

shaft in the bread case.

Return the bread case to the machine.

Close the lid.

Select the Bread mode.

Select the Rise Time.

1 Press the Natural Leaven

button until the display

indicates : Knead+Rise

Press the Start button.

After the buzzer sounds, press

the Stop button .

Remove the bread case.

Advances the time in 5minute

intervals when pressed.

※ If this button is held down, time

advances quickly.

Advances the time in 1hour

intervals when pressed.

・The [Knead] will blink and the

machine will begin kneading the
dough.

・The [Complete] will blink

Remove plug from outlet.

Press the Size button

until the display indicates

: 1.5Lb.

・If the dough is left to set for too long, the

dough may rise too much and it may cause
a failed bread.

・Use [Hour] and [Minute] keys to

set the time to 3 hour (3:00).
