3-6. Service
Required table maintenance should be performed
by MIZUHO trained maintenance personnel using
MIZUHO authorized replacement parts and service
techniques.
Preventive Maintenance contracts are available
through your local MIZUHO representative.
To obtain MIZUHO authorized service or preventive
maintenance contracts, contact your nearest
MIZUHO representative or write or call:

thorized disassembling may cause
electric shock or malfunction.

Please contact your local distributor or
manufacturer for maintenance or repair.
The operating table should only be ser-
viced or maintained by a factory trained
personnel.

Maintenance Manual can be obtained
only by the person who has had the
service training of MIZUHO.
The environmental condition for transporting and
storaging is as follows.
- Atmosphere temperature: -10 ~ 50°C
- Relative humidity: 10 ~ 85% (No Condensation)
- Atmospheric Pressure: 700 ~ 1060 hPa
The durability of this operating table is 10 years.

3-7. Disposal Instructions
The end of the useful life for the MIZUHO Surgical
Table is when this product can no longer be ser-
viced to comply with MIZUHO standards as deter-
mined by a MIZUHO authorized service representa-
tive.
Contact your MIZUHO authorized representative for
disposal instructions regarding the MIZUHO Surgi-
cal Table or parts in accordance with current envi-
ronmental regulations for medical products.
Environmental Protection
Ensure the proper disposal methods whenever
disposing of old or damaged table parts. Always
follow compliance to regulatory standards pertain-
ing to Federal, State and Local regulations.
Hydraulic Fluid
Drain waste hydraulic fluid prior to disposal of the
surgical table. Dispose of fluid properly.
Lead Acid Batteries
Avoid disposal of old or damaged batteries with
conventional waste. Lead Acid Batteries are classi-
fied as toxic waste.
