INFORMATION FOR THE AIR CONDITIONER WITH R-410A REFRIGERANT
• This room air conditioner adopts R-410A of HFC refrigerant which never destroys the ozone layer.
Pay attention following points.

As R-410A working pressure is 1.6 times higher than that of R-22 of previous refrigerant, dedicated tools and piping are
required.

R-410A is more affected by water and contaminations than R-22. Keep R-410A away from water and contaminations during
storage and while installing.

Use clean dedicated piping materiales for R-410A only which are strong enough against R-410A pressure. Never use any
current pipes designed for R-22.

Composition change may occur in R-410A since it is a mixed refrigerant. When charging, charge liquid refrigerant to prevent
composition change.

The incompatible lubricant easily separates from refrigerant
and is in the upper layer inside the suction muffler.
Raising position of the oil back hole enables to back the
lubricant of the upper layer to the compressor.
Since refrigerant and lubricant are compatible each, lubricant
backs to the compressor through the lower position oil back
hole.
