Example:

To convert a 4:3 input to 16:9 with 25% side panels at the output, the " R010-1-SIDE25" command string should be
encapsulated and sent by the automation to the card. In this case, the final string would be:

<STX0>R010-1-SIDE25:<CRC low><CRC high>

Where <STX0>, <CRC low> and <CRC high> are described in the Oxtel Series Automation Protocol manual.

It is the responsibility of the automation to send valid commands for each input/output aspect ratio combination. For
example, an Oper_String of "0-1-SIDE25" will have an unpredictable behavior when the input is HD and the output is
HD because the input/output aspect ratios are 16:9.
