This chapter provides information to aid you in resolving printer problems you
may encounter, or at least guide you to the proper sources for help.
Verifying Printer Configuration Information
There are two ways to get configuration information so you can verify that the
printer is printing correctly:
On the startup page that prints automatically when you turn on the printer.
If you don’t want a startup page to print each time you turn on the
printer, you can turn it off in the System Default/Startup Options/
Start Page menu.
Using PageScope Light.
On a configuration page printed through the printer menu.
