Adjust the height of the Post Cure Unit
Adjust the height of the Post Cure Unit depending on the media.

Spread the media to be drawn on the table.

Set the height adjusting jigs on the right and the
left edges of the media.

Open the open/ close door of the Y bar front
surface, and loosen the screws on both sides of
the Post Cure Unit.

Adjust the height of the Post Cure Unit.
• Put the Post Cure Unit on the height adjusting jigs softly.
• If the Post Cure Unit position is not proper, it may have a
damaging effect on your body or the machine, or cause
media jam. Be careful about it.
• When you use JFX-1631/1615, the Post Cure Unit is an option.
• Be sure to adjust the height of the Post Cure Unit before drawing.
When the position of the Post Cure Unit is too high
UV light may leak and it may have a damaging effect on your body or the machine.
When the position of the Post Cure Unit is too low
It may cause media jam.
• To adjust the height of the Post Cure Unit, be sure to use the dedicated jig.
• When adjusting the height, do not peer down the bottom surface of the Post Cure Unit. If you peer down
when the lamp lights, it may have a damaging effect on your eyes.
• When you adjust the height, it is
recommended to use the media that you do
not care if it may be stained such as offcut of
the media to be used etc.
