When changing wire size or
type, check drive roll and guide
size (see Table 6-1).
1 Spring Shaft Carrier
Close spring shaft carrier.

Drive Roll Nut
3 Drive Roll Carrier
Turn nuts one click to line up lobes
with lobes on drive roll carriers.
Open spring shaft carrier.

Drive Roll
Remove drive rolls.

Wire Guide Securing Screw
Loosen wire guide screws.

Anti-Wear Guide
7 Inlet Wire Guide
Install inlet wire guide into anti-wear
guide, and secure with setscrew.
Install inlet guide so groove is cen-
tered with screw, and secure guide
screw.

Intermediate Wire Guide
Insert intermediate guide until
flange is against casting, and se-
cure guide screw.
Install drive rolls, and turn nuts one
click.

Drive Assembly Cover
Close cover.
