way, insert plug, and tighten
threaded collar.

Hold wire tightly to keep it
from unraveling.

Turn on power at welding power source. Pull and hold wire; cut off end.

Press Jog push button until wire comes
out of gun. Feed wire to check drive roll
pressure. Adjust knob enough to pre-
vent slipping.
Cut off wire. Close cover. Push wire thru guide up to drive rolls; continue to
hold welding wire. Press power source Jog push
button until drive rolls grab wire. Adjust tension until
wire does not slip. Indicator is for reference only.
