DASH BOARD
25" Cabinet:
Use the T27 wrench to remove fou r tamper proof screws from the front corners of
the dash board . Pull dash board forward and d isconnect the wiri n g . Before reinstalling the
dash board , check for proper wire connections, including ground strap.

Cabinet:
Use the T27 wrench to remove the seven tamper proof screws from the top
cover. Lift the top cover off of the game cabinet. Then, remove the fou r tamper proof screws
from the front corners of the dash board . P u l l the dash forward and d isconnect the wiring.
Before rei nstalling the dash board , check for proper wire con nections, i ncluding g round strap.

VIEWING G LASS
25" Cabinet:
Use the T27 wrench to remove fou r tamper proof screws holding the dash board
in place. Carefu lly, pull the dash board away from the cabi net. G rasp the bottom of the viewi ng
g lass at the notch . Slide the g lass out of the side g rooves and lift it off of the cabi net.

Cabinet:
Use the T27 wrench to remove the seven tamper proof screws holding the top
cover. Lift the top cover off of the game cabinet. Then , remove the three 1 /4-20 bolts on the
viewing g lass retaining bracket. G rasp the viewi ng g lass from the bottom . Slide it out of the
side grooves and lift it off of the cabi net.

MONITOR BEZEL
25" Cabinet:
Remove the dash board and viewing g lass. The mon itor bezel can be removed
by lifting it out of the g rooved edge at the bottom .

Cabinet:
Remove the top cover, viewing g lass retainer bracket, and t h e viewing g lass .
The monitor bezel can be removed by l ifti ng it out of the g rooved edge at the bottom .

MONITOR
We recommend that you read the WARNINGS section thoroughly before beginning this
procedure.
fficAUTION
While removing the flange nuts, firmly support the monitor from the front of the
CRT so that it will not slip.
The monitor DOES NOT contain an isolation transformer in its chassis.
It is
mounted instead in the Power Chassis Assembly locate on the floor of the Cabinet.
When servicing the monitor on a test bench, YOU MUST ISOLATE THE MONITOR FROM
THE LINE VOLTAGE WITH AN ISOLATION TRANSFORMER.
25" Cabinet:
Remove the dash board , viewi ng g lass, and mon itor bezel. Disconnect the
mon itor from all of its cabling, including its chassis ground strap. Remove the fou r, 1/4-20
flange n uts securi ng the mon itors mounting flanges to its mounting panel. P u l l the mon itor
carefu lly from the cabinet front.

Cabinet:
Remove the top cover, dash board , viewing g lass, and mon itor bezel. Remove
three, 1 /4 x 20 flange n uts located above the mon itor. Next, remove fou r tamper proof screws,
two on the right and two on the left, from the outside center of the cabinet. Tilt the mon itor
down from the top and pull it out of the cabinet.
Remove the bracket, held on by three 3/8-16 hex bolts, from the bottom of the mon itor. I nstall
this bracket and its hex n uts onto the bottom of the new mon itor. Slide the bottom of the
mon itor i nto the cabinet and tilt it up from the top. Replace the flange n uts at the top of the
mon itor, and the screws on the outside of the cabinet.
