Note If you select the Yes option in the following step, all
errors and/or events in the Event Log will be
cleared, regardless of which error or event is
selected. You cannot clear one or more specific
errors and/or events from the
Event Log .
If you select the No option in the following step, no
events or errors will be cleared from the Event
Log .
10. Use the Right or Left arrow key to select the Yes or No
option and press the SEL key.
11. Observe the following Event Log menu ( Figure 3-87 )
is displayed.

12. Press the ESC key repeatedly until the Main Screen is
displayed.
3.5.18 Monitor System Information
The procedure required to monitor DVC4000-E system firmware
information is contained in the following steps.
1. Verify the DVC4000-E is powered up.
2. Verify the Main Screen ( Figure 3-88 ) is displayed. If
the Main Screen is not displayed, press the ESC key
repeatedly until the Main Screen is displayed.

3. Press the Down arrow key, as required, to move the
>> cursor to the System Menu option.
4. Press the SEL key or Right arrow key and observe the
System Menu is displayed. See Figure 3-89 .

5. Press the Up or Down arrow key, as required, to move
the
>> cursor to the System Info option.
6. Press the SEL key or Right arrow key to select the
System Info option and observe the System Info
menu ( Figure 3-90 on page 3-36 ) is displayed.
Note All options for the DVC4000-E will be displayed in
the
System Info menu. The DVC4000-E menu
displays a maximum of three lines of System Info
data at a time. For simplicity,
Figure 3-90 on
page 3-36 is shown with all available menu
options.
