Cyclone System Board Manual

Chapter 5: Installing Device Drivers

Insert the sound driver CD into your CD-ROM drive.

5.

If you are using Windows 95, you will be prompted to
install the drivers the first time you boot the system.

6.

If you are using Windows NT, refer to the README
file on the CD for instructions on how to install sound
drivers.

7.

Once the software is copied, the install program auto-
matically updates the system files.

Installing the Graphics Drivers

Windows 95

1.

Start Microsoft Windows 95. The New Hardware
Found screen appears.

2.

Insert the Cyclone Drivers and Utilities CD into
your CD-ROM drive.

3.

From the New Hardware Found screen, select the
Driver From Disk Provided by Hardware Manufac-
turer option. Click on Next.

4.

Type in the driver location: D:\ (where D is the CD-
ROM drive letter). Click on OK.

5.

Windows 95 copies the Cyclone video drivers and
utilities to your hard drive.
