When purchasing a new machine MGS -GmbH give you 12 months warranty,
starting with the date of the sale.
This warranty covers any damages caused by material and / or manufacturing.
Should such damage occur MGS - GmbH takes the cost of repair and
replacement of defective parts or of the tool. The replaced parts or tools shall
become our property.
Excluded from the warranty are wear parts as well as damages due to normal
wear and tear or improper handling of the device.
The warranty may not be claimed if improper modifications or repair work
carried out or foreign parts and non-original accessories or supplies were
installed. In these cases and for the consequences arising MGS can´t make
any warranty.
Warranty claims will only be accepted if the unit is unopened and
undismantled returned to MGS.
The granting of a warranty will not extend the warranty period nor does it
initiate a new warranty period in the running.
The statutory warranty claims remain unaffected by this warrenty.
The warranty services shall apply to our headquarters in
D-66620 Braunshausen.
After returning a defective machine MGS submits a quotations and lets you
know to what extent any warranty services will be accepted.
After your approval the repair is carried out calculated, and dispatched or
ready for pickup.
