Servicing

Servicing 6

Replace the carbon brushes

The carbon brushes are on the left and right

side under the brush holder caps.

To open them, loosen the 4 screws on

the handle by about 5mm.

Pull the handle slightly

backwards to remove the brush holder caps

Then you will see the following parts:

Spiral spring

Coal with connecting lead

Fixing screw with washer

Connecting lead with clamp

Loosen with a slot screwdriver the screw.

Be careful that the screw or washer do not

fall into the casing.
