Model 2.563 / 2.564:
– Pull off the rubber buffer (1) (2).
– Slide the cap (2) of the carbon brush towards the
cable and take it out [3].

Note:

When reapplying the carbon brushes after in-
spection, watch for their position and place-
ment! – They have to be replaced in the same
position in the same direction (not turned by
180°).
Assembly
The assembly is done analogue in reverse order.
Model 2.563 / 2.564:
– Insert the cap (2) of the carbon brush, slide it to-
wards the cable (a) and press tightly until it locks
into place (b).
– Align the rubber buffer (1) and pull it over [4].
