3 Disassembling the ultrafiltration cell

Remove the filtrate chamber of the ultrafiltration cell.

4 Cleaning the ultrafiltration cell

CAUTION

Damage to the ultrafiltration cell

Organic solvents (e.g. acetone) corrode and damage the ultrafiltra-
tion cell material (PMMA).

Use ultrapure water or a water-ethanol mixture (70:30) for clean-
ing the ultrafiltration cell.

Rinse both chambers with ultrapure water.

￭

Dry both chambers with a lint-free cloth.
