6. Adjustment instructions
To convert (for example) from natural gas to liquid gas, you need to change the nozzles
of main and pilot burners. The appropriate nozzles are shown in
"Table 2: burner speci-
fications""Table 3: burner specifications" .
6.1 Replacing the open fire burner nozzles
• Remove the rack, the wall baffle (item 1 in Fig. 10), the burner (item 2) and the
food-pan;
• loosen the fixing screw (item 5 in fig.10) of the air sleeve (item 2 in fig.10);
• unscrew the nozzle (item 7) using a 13 mm wrench and install the appropriate noz-
zle (as shown in "Table 2: specifications for burners and nozzles".
