3.13  SIGN-OFF FORM

Meridian Manufacturing Inc. follows the general 

Safety Standards specified by the American 

Society of Agricultural Engineers (ASAE) and 
Occupational Safety and Health Administration 

(OSHA). Anyone who will be operating and/or 

maintaining the Meridian Manufacturing Inc. Fuel 
Trailer must read and clearly understand ALL 
Safety, Operating, and Maintenance information 
presented in this manual.

Do not allow anyone to operate this equipment 
until such information has been reviewed. Annually 

review this information before the season start-up.
