In order for lateral, front or rear segments to be
displayed, the vehicle must first travel a distance
of at least half a vehicle's length. Only when the
vehicle has traveled a vehicle's length can all of
the lateral, front and rear segments be dis‐
played.
Vehicles without surround view camera
1 Parking Assist PARKTRONIC is only opera‐
tional at the front and rear.
2 Parking Assist PARKTRONIC is operational
and can also warn the driver about obstacles
at the side of the vehicle.
