If there are several listings for a destination,
a distance-orientated list appears.

Select the destination.
The destination address is shown.

If favourites have been saved already

Selecting a POI

Select the category.

Select All categories and the category.
If route guidance is not active: the search
begins in the vicinity of the current vehicle
position. The list is sorted by distance in
ascending order.
The POIs show the following information:
R
name of POI
R
linear distance to the POI
R
the direction of the linear distance to the
POI (arrow) is displayed when searching
for the vehicle's current position

Select the POI.
#
Route guidance is active: select the search
position prior to choosing a POI (see exam‐
ple).

If intermediate destinations are set, these
can also be selected as the search position
after selecting Near destination .
Filtering displays for POIs

Enter the search term in ª Search: .
The results list shows relevant POIs.
Entering
Italy shows the following results, for
example:

POIs which contain Italy in the name.
R
POIs which belong to the category Italian
cuisine .

The first POI in the list is highlighted.

The list shows the located POIs or opens an
overview of the route destination after
