The vehicle data cards bear all the
im portant data relating to your
vehicle.
Data card No. 1 bears the key num ber
and should on no account be left in
the vehicle. Subm it this card to your
MERCEDES-BENZ service station to
request a replacement key in case of
loss.
Data card No. 2 bears no key data and
is kept in the maintenance booklet.
Presenting this card to the service
station will facilitate the processing of
the order.
Your car is covered under the term s
of the “ w arranties” printed in the
o w n e r’s service and w arranty policy
booklet and your dealer will exchange
or repair any defective parts in
accordance with the te rm s of the
follow ing warranties:
1. New vehicle limited w arranty
2. Emission system s w arranty
3. Em ission perform ance warranty
4. California emission co n tro l sys­
tem s w arranty (state of California
only unless purchased optionally
fo r diesel models)
Loss of ow ner’s service and warranty
policy
Should you lose your o w n e r’s service
and warranty policy booklet, have
your local MB dealer arrange fo r a
replacem ent. It will be mailed to you.
