Seats
Arm Rest (Rear Seat)
An arm rest is provided in the rear
seat w hich can be pulled o u t w ith a
loop.
For the removal of the rear seat
cushion see “ Practical H in ts” .
Seat Heater
The fro n t seat heaters can be
sw itched on with the steering lock in
positions “ 1" or “ 2 ” , the rear seat
heaters only in steering lock
position “ 2 ” .
The sw itches fo r the fro n t seats are
located at the forw ard end of the
ce n te r tray, those fo r the rear seats
are accom m odated in the rear doors.
Push sw itch to position 1 = c o n tin ­
uous operation. The in d ica tor lamp in
the sw itch com es on.
Push sw itch to position 2 = rapid
heating. Both indicator lamps in the
sw itch com e on.
Switch in center position = seat
heater off.
Due to the relatively high power
consum ption of the seat heater a
heavy load is placed on the battery.
For this reason the sw itch should not
be left in position 2 any longer than is
absolutely necessary while the engine
is sw itched off.
