Add all the ingredients to the basic dough in the baking pan in the given order

Close the lid, press the menu button and select program 8 – DOUGH. Press the power switch
to start the machine.

Allow the program to run to the end, pour out the dough on a baking board lightly sprinkled
with flour and pull out the dough paddle.

Preheat the oven to 220°C (hot air oven 200°C). Grease a large oven plate.

Put the dough on the plate and stretch it to the edges. Pinch the dough all round to form
an edge.
6.
Spread an even layer of tomato purée on the dough and sprinkle it with oregano.
7.
Add the sliced tomatoes, grated cheese, mozzarella, ham and olives.
8.
Sprinkle a little olive oil over and bake the pizza in the preheated over for about 20–25
minutes, or until it has risen and got a nice colour.
