Program 7 – GLUTEN FREE

Milk – heated to 32–35°C

Gluten-free flour mixture for
white bread

Pour the milk and oil into a small pad and carefully heat up to about 32–35 °C. Pour the
mixture into the baking pan.

Add the egg, salt and vinegar.

Add the flour, sugar and yeast. Close the lid.
4.
Press the menu button and select program 7 – GLUTEN FREE and the required bread size and
crust. Press the power switch to start the machine.
5.
Allow the program to run for a few minutes. Open the lid and use a spatula round the edges
to check that the mixture is mixing well. Close the lid.
6.
Allow the program to run to the end. Lift out the baking pan with oven gloves and turn the
bread upside down on a grille to cool.
