7.2. Smoke Detector
A 3V type CR123A battery is included in the delivery for
the smoke detector.

If the battery is flat, replace it with a new battery of
the same type.

Insert a flat object or a fingernail into the recess on the battery compartment
cover and lift open the cover.

Remove the flat battery and insert the new battery in accordance with the cor-
rect polarity (see diagram). Ensure that the red safety catch is pressed down by
the battery.
The red safety catch prevents the smoke detector being mounted with-
out a battery.

Close the battery compartment cover again.
7.3. Motion Sensor

Remove the battery compartment cover on the back
of the motion sensor.

Place one 3.6 V type 1/2 AA/ER14250 battery into
the battery compartment of the motion sensor.
Check the battery polarity (see diagram).

Close the battery compartment.
7.4. Vibration Sensor
A button cell battery (3 V type CR2032) is included in
the delivery.

Insert a flat object into the recess on the battery
compartment cover and lift off the cover.

If the battery is flat, replace it with a new battery of
the same type.

Remove the flat battery and insert the new battery
in accordance with the polarity shown in the battery
compartment (see diagram).

Place the battery compartment cover back onto the sensor until it audibly clicks
into place.
7.5. Weather sensor

Remove the battery compartment cover on the back of the weather station.

Insert two type LR03 / AAA/ 1.5V batteries in the battery compartment of the
weather station. Check the battery polarity (inscribed on the bottom of the bat-
tery compartment).
