EN – INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
CAUTION: MAKE SURE THAT THE DEVICE IS ONLY EVER USED BY ONE PERSON AT A TIME.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Please read all instructions carefully before using the product, and retain them for future reference.
• Make sure that the product is assembled correctly and as shown in the instructions.
• Please consult your doctor if you have any concerns or any underlying orthopaedic problems.
• Improper or excessive training can be detrimental to your health.
• Cease use immediately if you experience unusual physical discomfort, weakness or dizziness when using
the device.
• Make sure that the device is set up on a firm, horizontal and level surface with a minimum distance of
60 cm between it and any walls or furniture. Additionally, ensure that there are no protruding objects or
other obstacles that could cause injuries.
• The handrails must not be fixed inwards during training, as this could lead to the trapping of fingers.
• Always ensure that the locking pin is correctly attached before using the device.
• Children must never use or play with the device. This device may only be used by properly trained adults.
• This device is only designed for indoor operation and personal use. The device is not suitable for
commercial use.
• Before using this device, check it to ensure that all nuts, straps and screws are tight and correctly
attached. Replace all worn, defective or missing parts immediately.
• Always wear appropriate training clothes when using the device. Remove all items from your pockets
before using the device.
• The safety and integrity of this device can only be maintained if it is regularly checked for damages, and
repaired accordingly. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that the device is serviced regularly.
• Worn or damaged components must be replaced immediately, and the device must not be used until the
repair has been carried out.
• Check straps, elastic cords & plastic hooks before each use of the device, as these can wear out.

• The easiest way to lift the upper body from the inversion position is to place your feet on the foam pads
and push forward while simultaneously pulling upwards on the handle. This creates enough kinetic
energy to return to the sitting position. Then, placing your feet on the floor, lift one leg and raise it over the
leg bar to the other leg, turning your hips and legs sideways. Now you can easily get up.
• Check that all screws are tightened sufficiently before first use, and every use thereafter.
