Getting Started
Charging with the microUSB cable
for PC connection
You can charge your FOMA terminal by
connecting the FOMA terminal and a PC
with the microUSB cable for PC connection
(sample).

Open the external
connector terminal cover

Open the external connector
terminal cap (P. 29), and plug
the microUSB plug of the
microUSB cable for PC connection
horizontally into the external
connector terminal of the FOMA
terminal
• Insert the microUSB plug horizontally
with the engraved side facing up.

Insert the other USB plug of the
microUSB cable for PC connection
horizontally into the PC USB port

When charging is completed,
remove the microUSB plug
horizontally from the FOMA
terminal and close the external
connector terminal cover (P. 29)

Remove the USB plug
horizontally from the PC USB
port
NOTE
Notification LED turns red while charging, green
when the battery level is over 90%, and off when
charging is complete.
When you begin charging, such as when the
battery is depleted, the notification LED may not
immediately light. However, charging has
started.
<Desktop holder>
If the FOMA terminal is turned off when placed
in the desktop holder to charge, the power turns
on.
<DC adapter>
The DC adapter takes a 2A fuse. If the fuse (2A)
blows, be sure to replace with a designated fuse.
The fuse (2A) is a consumable and can be
purchased at a local car dealer.
