Troubleshooting

1.1

Troubleshooting Chart

Problem

Probable Cause

Action

All functions not working.

BATTERY DISCONNECT switch is off.

IGNITION switch is off.

One or more E-STOP buttons is down.

PUMP switch is off.

Side door is open.

Clean out door is open.

7. System problem.

Turn BATTERY DISCONNECT switch on.

Turn IGNITION switch on.

Release all E-STOP buttons.

Turn PUMP switch on.

5. Close side door.
6. Close clean out door.

7. Requires shop service and repair.

Joystick functions not

working.

Engine rpm too high.

ARM ON switch not activated.

OPERATOR PRESENCE switch not pressed.

Side door is open.

Clean out door is open.

Truck travel speed is above 15 mph.

7. System problem.

Reduce engine speed to below 900 rpm.

Activate ARM ON switch.

Press OPERATOR PRESENCE switch.

4. Close side door.
5. Close clean out door.
6.

Reduce speed to less than 15 mph.

7. Requires shop service and repair.
