Operation
DVR
See "DVR Main Menu Options" on page 23 for all DVR menu options.
Mute Icon
Turns sound on or off for the monitor.
NOTE:
If the speaker is not muted, you will hear audio from whichever
camera is displaying fully on the screen (single camera configuration). If the camera configuration is dual, triple,
or quad, you will not receive any audio from any camera.
General Setup Screen
Language
Changes the language of the OSD/monitor settings to English, Français, or Español.
Ignition Off Setup
Tells the DVR what you would like it to do when the system is powered down (make sure the yellow wire from the
power accessory harness is plugged into a constant power source or directly to the battery). Options: LCD OFF
and DVR OFF, LCD OFF and DVR ON, LCD OFF and DVR TIME OUT ON.
Menu Alert (Beep)
Turns on/off the beeping sound emitted when pressing the front panel buttons.
Factory Default
Resets the monitor to factory defaults.
Passcode Off
Sets the passcode to make the OSD menu accessible only when the passcode is entered.
IMPORTANT:
If you
choose to use the passcode function of the monitor, it is very important to write down the passcode numbers and
keep them in a safe place as there is no reset button for the passcode.
