Selects whether open / close reports are
sent or not.

1 Open / Close sent
0 No Open / Close sent.
Function 63 - Open/Close reports - Yes / No.

Description :
The phone number may be up to 15 digits long
including pauses. Pauses (1 second) may be
entered anywhere by pressing the Partial key.
Example : While in programmode (Program LED flashing)
