7. If the 1st or 2nd roll positions are
empty, when replacing spare rolls,
the remaining roll(s) in use can be
repositioned to the 1st and 2nd roll
positions, ensuring the twine is
moved to the corresponding pigtail
guide(s). The new spare rolls are
threaded and connected, as
explained earlier.
8. Thread both twines through the
eyelets to their respective tensioners.
NOTE: Do not overtighten the
adjusters on the twine tensioner as it
will make feeding the twine slow and
cause it to snap and break.
There should be no more than one
thread visible outside the nyloc nut,
on each bolt!
9. Once the twines are through the
tensioners, pull them through the exit
eyelets on the storage unit. Then,
pass the twines into the starting
eyelets on the twine feeder unit.
NOTE: Do not cross the twines!
10. Continue the twines through the next
eyelets, at feed roll 1.
Put the top twine through the eyelet,
as shown, and feed it into the guide
eyelet in front of feed roll 1.
Continue the lower twine through to
the next eyelet, at feed roll 2.
