Top Loading Facer

TracStar® 412 and 618 Facer Removal

Remove rear guide rod bracket.

Support the facer with a person or sling so it does not fall once 

the facer locking bolts are removed.
Remove facer locking bolts.

Lift facer out of the carriage and set on cardboard or wood blocks 

off of ground.
Attach rear guide rod bracket in the position shown.
