Integral to the function of the motor.
Motor
Used to drive the hydraulic pump.
Motor should always be treated as energized unless unit is disconnected
from supply power. Shock hazard could occur serious injury or death.
Carriage Switch – S2
This switch is used to send 24VDC to either the open or close calve solenoids.
In the Neutral Position, the carriage switch does not provide 24VDC to either
solenoid.
This switch features a sealed washer to prevent water ingress.
Pressure Selector Switch – S1
This switch is used to select the input potentiometer used to regulate HPU output
pressure.
The switch actuates relays K2 or K3 depending on input potentiometer selection.
This switch features a sealed washer to prevent water ingress.
Facing Pressure Knob – R1
Heating Pressure Knob – R2
Fusing Pressure Knob – R3
These three knobs are mounted to three-turn input potentiometers, used to regulate
output pressure of the HPU.
They are outfitted with a seal nut to prevent water ingress.
ON/OFF Switch – CB1
This part provides power-on indication, circuit protection (10A for 120VAC units / 5A
for 220 VAC units) and enables the HPU.
The ON/OFF switch has an external seal. Failure of this seal will allow water ingress.
The ON/OFF switch provides line-to-neutral for 120VAC and line-to-line isolation for
220VAC circuits. Ground circuit is maintained.
