6 - 4 Electrical EP800AD (Acrobat™ HPU)
Motor Fuses – F1, F3
F1 fuse is used to provide protection to the motor for HPUs meant for 120 VAC supply
power.
F1 and F3 are used to provide protection to the motor for HPUs meant for 220VAC
supply power.
User needs to ensure that fuse holder is screwed hand tight into holder’s body to
ensure proper electrical contact and water tightness are achieved.
Power Supply Fuses – F2, F4
F2 fuse is used to provide protection to the power supply for HPUs meant for 120VAC
supply power.
F2 and F4 fuses are used to provide protection to the power supply in HPUs meant
for 220VAC supply power.
User needs to ensure that holder is screwed hand tight into holder’s body to ensure
proper electrical contact and water tightness are achieved.
Ventilation
Ventilation is provided by two vents, located on the left side of the unit.
The ventilation plugs need to be hand tight for proper sealing.
The ventilation plugs prevent moisture build-up within the unit during quick changes in
temperature.
Terminal Board
Terminal Blocks 1, 2 provide AC distribution to the HPU.
Terminal Blocks 3-7 provide DC distribution to the HPU.
Terminal Blocks 8-10 provide signal distribution through the HPU.
Line Filter – LF1
Removes electro-magnetic interference and attenuates ripples in incoming power.
Power Supply – PS1
Power Supply takes 87 – 264 VAC, 47 – 63Hz input power and outputs 24 VDC
+/- 1%.
Hazardous voltage, remove power to electrical box. Shock could occur
causing serious injury or death.
DC Power Fuse – F5
ATC style 3A fuse to protect DC bus.
