Assembly/Disassembly

EP800AD (Acrobat™ HPU)

Cover Assembly

IMPORTANT: 

The HPU can be run with the cover assembly positioned as shown for troubleshooting.

REMOVAL

1. 

Disconnect all wires connecting the cover assembly to the power pack assembly.

2. 

Lift and rotate the cover assembly from power pack assembly and rest the cover assembly on its side 
with the hydraulic filter assembly down.

INSTALLATION

1. 

Connect all wires from the cover assembly to the power pack assembly. Reference electrical section.

2. 

Rotate and position the cover assembly on the power pack assembly.

3. 

Install end plates to secure cover assembly in place. Reference end plate installation section.
