Call related problems

When a call begins, vehicle noise
from the other party can be heard
For about 3 seconds after a call be‐
gins, the Bluetooth

device’s noise
suppression function requires time
to adapt to the call environment,
therefore you may hear the noise
from the other party’s vehicle, mak‐
ing it difficult to carry voice.
There is no problem with the Blue‐
tooth
®
device.
The other party’s voice cannot be
heard or it is difficult to hear
The volume is set at 0 or low. Increase the conversation volume.
The phone does not receive calls.
The “Incoming Call Notifications”
setting in the Communication Set‐
tings is off.
Turn the “Incoming Call Notifica‐
tions” setting on.

in the incoming/outgoing call histo‐
ry but the name does not appear.
The name has not been registered to
the phonebook.
If the number has been registered

outgoing call history is updated by

the engine or EV system is restarted.
